Recording of Documents

We will walk in and record any document. Our recording division will first inspect the document to be recorded to ensure it will pass county regulations. If there is a problem and we cannot fix it we will call you immediately for instruction. By this process we can eliminate most rejects which will save time & money. We currently provide Real Estate and Real Property Title Searches on a Nationwide Basis.

In addition to our staff title examiners, we have a network of trained, seasoned title examiners who together cover our entire title region. In most counties, we have two or more backup examiners.
